Lumitone Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the Lumitone application for Apple mobile devices that was created by PCL Graphics Ltd. The application allows you to generate ideas for your projects using the Lumitone® values. Take a picture or upload a photo of the clear surfaces for your project, select a Lumitone® value, and draw the overlay on the portion of the image that you want to apply the Lumitone design. You can adjust the Lumitone® values, save your favorite combination of Lumitone® projects and contact our sales team to bring your design to life.

 

Collection and Use of Personal Information

Lumitone does not collect or use your personal information unless you contact us for a sales related request. The app runs locally on your device and requests to access your camera roll and photo gallery when you wish to take a picture or import photos to use within the app. We do not collect any information associated with the data used or generated within the app.

 

What personal information we collect

• When you choose to email the sales team regarding a possible Lumitone® project, your email address and any accompanying information in the email will be accessible by the sales team at Lumitone®.

• The personal information we are sent via email allows us to contact you regarding your Lumitone®
• We also use personal information sent to us through our Support requests to help us improve our services.

 

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We collect and store details of crash reports for the app. This information may be used to improve the application.

Lumitone® and the app developers, PCL Graphics Ltd will not disclose any information to third parties.

This app does not use location-based services. The information accessed and created within the app is retained locally on your device.
